The invention relates to a soil-reinforcement component used for ecological restoration of steep rock slopes. The soil-reinforcement component comprises an irrigation system, soil-reinforcement bricksand a cover plate that are arranged from bottom to top along a slope, wherein first and second grooves of two adjacent soil-reinforcement bricks correspond to each other to form first cavities and second cavities that are fixed on the slope through anchoring assemblies; in the irrigation system, water collection troughs are arranged on the flat bottom on the top of the slope or the flat bottom onthe bottom of the slope, a water pipe is arranged in the first cavities, and a water pump provides power to perform underground infiltration irrigation for the slope vegetation; planting holes are distributed in the surface of the cover plate, and pins are arranged perpendicular to the surface of the cover plate and correspondingly inserted into second through holes to fix the cover plate above the slope. The invention seals a certain amount of soil on the surface of the rock slope through the soil-reinforcement bricks. The first cavities on the soil-reinforcement bricks are combined with theirrigation system, and the second cavities are combined with the cover plate, which realizes the expansion of soil space on the surface of the rock slope, and can accommodate the growth of more kindsof plants. The invention has the advantages of a flexible structure and strong adaptability.
