The method comprises the following steps: I, manufacturing a bracket by angle steel and a steel plate according to the quantity and specification of bolts needing to be pre-embedded, locally thickening a cushion layer at the position of the pre-embeddedbolt before constructing the cushion layer, and taking the locally thickened cushion layer as a protective layer of the bolt when the bolt stretches into the cushion layer; II, after cushion layer construction is completed, measuring and setting out, accurately setting out the point position of the bolt, and drilling a corresponding bolt hole on the cushion layer according to the size of the boltby a drilling machine; and III, after concrete is poured, measuring whether the bolt is vertical by a sleeve pipe type vertical level gauge so as to avoid inclination caused by disturbance of concrete pouring. By the method, construction is facilitated, the construction period is shortened, labor force and construction cost are reduced, and construction safety is guaranteed.
