The invention relates to an advanced backfill soil support construction structure of an underground shear wall post-cast strip. The advanced backfill soil support construction structure comprises shear wall structure steel bars, the post-cast strip and a shear wall, wherein a plurality of transverse section steel transversely crossing over the post-cast strip are arranged on a backfill soil surface of the shear wall from top to bottom at equal intervals; the two ends of the plurality of transverse section steel are welded to the shear wall structure steel bars; support anchor bars perpendicular to the backfill soil surface and extending into the post-cast strip are welded to the transverse section steel; a stainless steel plate for blocking water and closing a section of the post-cast strip is arranged on the backfill soil surface of the shear wall, crosses over the post-cast strip and wraps the transverse section steel; the two ends of the stainless steel plate are poured into the shear wall through an angle folding structure folded inwards of the shear wall; an SBS waterproof additional layer crossing over the post-cast strip and covering the stainless steel plate is arranged onthe backfill soil surface of the shear wall; the left end and the right end of the SBS waterproof additional layer exceed the stainless steel plate by at least 100 mm; and an SBS waterproof layer is laid on the outer side of the SBS waterproof additional layer, and is overlapped with the outer waterproofing of the shear wall to form integral wall surface waterproofing.
