The invention relates to the technical field of rainwater collection and utilization, in particular to a residential greening rainwater collection and utilization system. The system involves a water collection device arranged at the top of a residential building, a settling tank embedded underground and communicating with the water collection device, and a water storage tank embedded underground and communicating with the settling tank, wherein the water storage tank is connected with a greening pipe network; and the water collection device comprises a frustum-shaped flow guide table fixed tothe top of the residential building, a water tank fixedly connected to the outer wall of the flow guide table along the outer contour of the flow guide table and a drain pipe connected between the water tank and the settling tank, wherein the slope of the flow guide table is connected with the water tank, and rainwater flows into the water tank along the slope. The residential greening rainwater collection and utilization system has the advantages that rainwater at roofs can be quickly collected and drained, and water accumulation is avoided.
