The invention discloses a manipulator servo program control type full-automatic advanced potty chair comprising a housing. Four supporting legs are distributed and installed on the lower surface of the housing in a rectangular shape. A urinal is embedded into the front end of the upper surface of the housing; a handrail is arranged at the front end, close to the edge of the urinal, of the upper surface of the housing; a control panel is arranged on the upper surface of the handrail; a water tank is arranged at the rear end in the housing, a first water pump is arranged in the water tank, a first water supply pipe is arranged at one end of the first water pump, and one end of the first water supply pipe is connected with the urinal in a communicating mode. A heating device is installed at the bottom of the water tank in a communicating mode, and a scrubbing device is arranged at the position, close to the water tank, of the rear portion of the urinal in a communicating mode. By arranging the scrubbing device, automatic scrubbing can be conducted, a user does not need to bend down for scrubbing after defecation; and thus use of disabled people, patients, old people and obese people is facilitated, and high practicability is achieved.
