Modular architectural design method for cold-formed thin-walled lightweight steel structure
The invention relates to a modular architectural design method for a cold-formed thin-walled lightweight steel structure. The modular architectural design method includes the following steps that standard modular components are designed, and a database of the standard modular components is established; architectural drawings of a building required to be built are obtained; according to the structural features in the architectural drawings, the module is determined, corresponding grid sizes are selected, and the standard components corresponding to the module are selected from the database to build a main body model; nonstandard parts are designed to fill and perfect the main body model; and an overall model of the building and auxiliary production data of the building are output. Comparedwith the prior art, the modular architectural design method brings manufacturing elements into design links for consideration in advance, the disconnection between architectural design and subsequentpart manufacturing is avoided, and repeated design is reduced; quick secondary design of the database of the standard modular components can be realized, and the design efficiency is improved greatly;and seamless joint between design data and the production data is achieved, thus synchronous standardization of designing and manufacturing is realized, and the efficiency of designing and manufacturing is improved to the maximum extent.
