The invention relates to a bamboo circular-section or annular-section component and a manufacture method thereof. The component is mainly characterized in that a circular bamboo tube which is formed by conducting rotary cutting on the surface layer of a natural raw bamboo tube till the surface is smooth, is unified in outer diameter and is subjected to anti-corrosion treatment is arranged at the center of the inner portion of the component, wound bamboo layers large in wall thickness are close to the center circular bamboo tube, the number of the bamboo layers is three, the thickness of the inner layer is not smaller than 10 mm, and the fiber direction and the component length direction are consistent; the thickness of the middle layer is 5 mm to 30 mm, and an included angle being 30 degrees to 45 degrees is formed between the fiber direction and the axis direction of the component; and the thickness of the outermost layer is 6 mm to 30 mm, and an included angle being 90 degrees is formed between the fiber direction and the axis direction of the component. The inner portion of the component can be hollow and can also be filled with one or multiple materials. New ways of bamboo material utilization are exploited.
本发明涉及一种竹质圆形或圆环形截面构件及制备方法,该构件的主要特点是,构件内部中心为将天然生原竹筒旋切表层至表面光滑、外径统一并且经过防腐处理的圆形竹筒,紧贴中心圆形竹筒的为壁厚较厚的缠绕竹质层,竹质层分三层,内层厚度不小于10mm,纤维方向和构件长度方向一致;中间层5mm‑30mm,纤维方向同构件轴心线方向呈30°‑45°夹角;最外层6mm‑30mm,纤维方向同构件轴心线方向呈90°夹角。构件内部既可以是空心,也可以被一种或多种材料填充。本发明开拓了竹材利用的新途径。
