The invention discloses a jacking construction method for a cast-in-place concrete structure building and a device thereof. According to the jacking construction method, an unconventional constructionmethod from a roof to a bottom layer is adopted, after a reinforced concrete foundation project is completed, firstly, a roof project is constructed, secondly, a top layer project is constructed, andthirdly, a next layer project of the top layer is constructed until the bottom layer project is completed. According to the construction method, the working face is constructed on the first floor ofthe ground or in a basement all the time, auxiliary tools such as a tower crane, an elevator and a scaffold are not needed, noise and environmental pollution are avoided, and the construction method has the advantages of being time-saving, labor-saving, material-saving, capital-saving and safe.
