The metal plate curtain wall mounting structure comprises first connecting pieces, second connecting pieces, a plurality of limiting plates and a plurality of fasteners; a keel is connected to the first sides of the first connecting pieces in an adjustable mode, the ends of the second connecting pieces are rotatably connected with the ends of the first connecting pieces, and a to-be-connected plate is connected to the first sides of the second connecting pieces inan adjustable mode; and the multiple limiting plates are mounted on the second sides, opposite to the first sides, of the first connecting pieces and the second sides, opposite to the first sides, ofthe second connecting pieces correspondingly. A three-dimensional adjustment function can be achieved, the mounting adaptability of the metal plate is improved to the largest extent, the degree of freedom during mounting of the metal plate is increased, the process error of the curtain wall keel under complex shapes such as special shape and curved surface due to process limitation is absorbed tothe largest extent, and thus the loss of the metal plate due to the error is lowered.
