Light-weight steel keel facade connector
The invention discloses a light-weight steel keel facade connector comprising a side keel and an F keel arranged in parallel, wherein a first connector is provided on one side of the side keel, and asecond connector is provided on one side of the F keel. In the invention, rivets are screwed into a first end pre-drilled hole and a second end pre-drilled hole for reliable connection, and rivets arescrewed into a second side wing pre-drilled hole and a first side wing pre-drilled hole aligned with each other to connect and fix the first connecting piece and the second connecting piece to realize an all-light steel keel structure and enhance the performance and strength of the system with no need to be mixed with wood board, thereby avoiding the overall uneven force caused by different materials with different expansion and contraction coefficients and post-system deformation and gypsum board cracking. The second connecting piece and the first connecting piece can level in terms of sliding, which is suitable for uneven top surface and is flexible to use, reduces on-site manual cutting operation steps, and improves construction quality and efficiency of construction.
