The method comprises the following steps of (1) cleaning stone; (2) performing protection pretreatment; (3) manufacturing an adhesive; (4) smearing concrete; (5) paving the stone; (6) cleaning and plugging stone gaps; and (7) performing comprehensive spraying protection. The invention belongs to the field of stone pavement, and particularly provides the method for preventing efflorescence in stone pavement. The method solves a problem that the appearance of the stone is affected by efflorescence of the surface ofexisting stone.
