The invention discloses a fabricated concrete structure grouting adapter with a plugging function. The fabricated concrete structure grouting adapter is characterized by comprising an adapter cylinderand a screw-in piston; the adapter cylinder is provided with a grouting main cylinder body and a slurry inlet cylinder body; the grouting main barrel is divided into a smooth section and a threaded section; one port of the slurry inlet cylinder is connected with the cylinder wall of the smooth section of the grouting main cylinder and is vertically communicated with the grouting main cylinder; the end opening of the smooth section side of the grouting main barrel is a slurry outlet, and the remaining end opening of the slurry inlet barrel is a slurry inlet; the screw-in piston is provided with a piston head and a piston rod; the piston head is matched with an inner cavity of the smooth section of the grouting main barrel, and the piston head is plugged in the smooth section and can blockflowing of grout; and the piston rod is provided with an external thread matched with the internal thread of the threaded section of the grouting main barrel, the piston rod is connected into the threaded section of the grouting main barrel through the thread, and the piston head can move in the smooth section by rotating the piston rod. The grouting device has the advantages of convenience in grouting, recyclability, easiness in disassembly and assembly, high adaptability and the like.
