Building translation device and system and constructing method
The invention belongs to the technical field of building construction, and particularly relates to a building translation device and system and a constructing method which aim to realize the rotary translation of an existing building. The system comprises four sub-modules: a rotary axis part, a rotary ejecting and pushing part, a control part and an other translation auxiliary part. The rotary axis part is a rotary translation center. The rotary ejecting and pushing part is a building translation device, and comprises a rotary ejecting and pushing frame, a hydraulic oil cylinder and a counterforce support. The rotary ejecting and pushing frame is composed of two semicircular multi-layer steel plates connected to the hydraulic oil cylinder and a rotary building tray system correspondingly,and a hole runs through the middle of each semicircle and is provided with a rotating shaft in cooperation, so that the building is ejected and pushed and rotated. The hydraulic oil cylinder is a power mechanism. The counterforce support provides ejecting and pushing counterforce for the hydraulic oil cylinder. The control part is responsible for overall control to realize cooperative ejecting andpushing, and therefore the rotary translation of the whole building is completed, and by means of the rotary translation system, the efficient building rotary translation construction is realized.
本发明属于建筑施工技术领域,特别涉及一种建筑移位的装置、系统及施工方法,目的在于实现既有建筑物的旋转移位。该系统包括转动轴心部分、旋转顶推部件、控制部件和其他移位辅助部分四个子模块,转动轴心部分为旋转移位中心;旋转顶推部件即建筑移位的装置,包括旋转顶推架、液压油缸和反力支座三部分,旋转顶推架由两个分别连接在液压油缸和旋转建筑体托盘体系上的半圆形多层钢板组成,半圆中间开孔贯通,配合设有转动轴,使建筑体被顶推转动;液压油缸部分是动力机构;反力支座为液压油缸提供顶推反力;控制部件负责整体控制,实现协同顶推,从而完成整体建筑旋转移位,运用上述旋转移位系统,实现高效率建筑旋转移位施工。
