The invention discloses a fixed base capable of being dismounted and folded. The fixed base comprises a support and plates 1. The support is composed of a hollow shaft pipe 2, casing pipes 3 and supporting legs 4. The support is in a shape of an X. The supporting legs 4 are located at the four corners of the support correspondingly. The plates 1 are detachably fixed between two adjacent supportinglegs. Fixing strips 41 used for fixing the plates 1 are arranged vertically inside the supporting legs 4 correspondingly. Sliding grooves 44 are formed between the fixing strips 41 and the supportinglegs 4 correspondingly. The plates 1 are located in the sliding grooves 44. The bottom ends of the fixing strips 41 are provided with supporting brackets 42 used for supporting the plates 1 correspondingly. The supporting legs 4 are symmetrically arranged at the two ends of the hollow shaft pipe 2 correspondingly. The supporting legs 4 are fixedly connected with the hollow shaft pipe 2 through connecting rods correspondingly. The supporting legs 4 are symmetrically arranged at the two ends of the casing pipes 3 correspondingly. The supporting legs 4 are fixedly connected with the casing pipes3 through connecting rods correspondingly. The casing pipes 3 are rotationally connected with the outside of the hollow shaft pipe in a sleeving mode and can rotate relative to the hollow shaft pipe2.
