The invention relates to an electronic lock cylinder of a new clutch structure. The electronic lock cylinder comprises an outer handle, an inner handle, an outer handle linkage shaft, an inner handlelinkage shaft, a lock cylinder shell, a lock cylinder rotor, a lock cylinder thumb wheel and a clutch device; the lock cylinder rotor is rotatably installed in the lock cylinder shell in a sleeved mode, and the lock cylinder thumb wheel is arranged outside the lock cylinder rotor in a sleeving mode; the clutch device comprises a clutch rotor, clutch rollers and a clutch driving mechanism; the clutch rotors are rotatably installed in the lock cylinder rotor in a sleeved mode, the peripheral wall of the lock cylinder rotor is provided with roller grooves, and the clutch rollers are movably arranged in the roller grooves; the outer peripheral surface of the clutch rotor is provided with convex portions and concave portions which are in abutting fit with the inner sides of the clutch rollers;the inner peripheral surface of the lock cylinder thumb wheel is provided with clamping grooves used for being in clutch fit with the outer sides of the clutch rollers; and the inner handle is connected with one end of the lock cylinder rotor through the inner handle linkage shaft, and the outer handle is connected with the other end of the lock cylinder rotor through the outer handle linkage shaft. The electronic lock cylinder has the advantages of being compact in structure, high in reliability, good in safety, convenient to use and high in practicality.
