The invention relates to a mechatronic double-control lock cylinder comprising an outer handle, an inner handle, an outer handle mandrel, an inner handle mandrel, a lock cylinder shell, a lock cylinder rotor, a lock cylinder thumb wheel and a clutch device; and the lock cylinder rotor is rotatably arranged in the lock cylinder shell in a sleeving mode, the lock cylinder thumb wheel is arranged outside the lock cylinder rotor in a sleeving mode, the inner handle is connected with one end of the lock cylinder rotor through the inner handle mandrel, the outer handle is connected with the other end of the lock cylinder rotor through the outer handle mandrel, the clutch device is arranged in the lock cylinder shell, a driving motor and a main control board for driving the clutch device are arranged in the inner handle, a mechanical lock head for driving the clutch device is arranged in the lock cylinder rotor, a key jack facing an opening of the outer handle mandrel is arranged on the mechanical lock head, a key socket is arranged on the outer handle, and a key through hole for enabling the key jack to axially communicate with the key socket is formed in the outer handle mandrel. The mechatronic double-control lock cylinder in the invention has two functions of mechanical unlocking and electronic unlocking and the advantages of reliable structure, safety for use, convenience, practicability and wide application range.
