The invention belongs to the field of floor spring structural design, and discloses an axle center cover assembly and a floor spring device using the same. The axle center cover assembly comprises anaxle-center-cover body and an axle-center-cover end cover, wherein the axle-center-cover body sleeves a cam axle center and is connected with a floor spring main machine, and a first circular groove used for mounting a bearing is formed in the bottom of the axle-center-cover body; and the axle-center-cover end cover sleeves the cam axle center and is connected with the top of the axle-center-coverbody, and a second circular groove coaxial with the first circular groove is formed in the bottom of the axle-center-cover end cover. A first annular sealing space used for mounting an oil way sealing ring is formed between the groove bottom of the first circular groove and the top face of the axle-center-cover body or in the second circular groove, and the axle-center-cover end cover is detachably and hermetically connected with the axle-center-cover body. According to the axle center cover assembly, the convenience of maintenance of the oil way sealing ring at the cam axle center of a floorspring is improved, and the maintenance cost is reduced.
