The invention provides a lock system, an unlocking method and a lock device of shared equipment. The lock system of the shared equipment is in communication connection with a user terminal and a cloudverification terminal. The lock system of the shared equipment comprises a companding module, a wireless communication module, and a remote control key, wherein the wireless communication module is connected with the companding module; the companding module is provided with two contacts; and the two contacts are arranged opposite to an unlocking key and a locking key of the remote control key respectively and used for abutting against the unlocking key and the locking key of the remote control key, and the wireless communication module obtains an external lock control instruction and sends the lock control instruction to the companding module so as to drive the companding module to execute linear companding actions. In the invention, conversion from networking type self-use to renting canbe realized without refitting the shared equipment, and a resource utilization rate of idle equipment can be effectively improved.
