Manufacturing method for functional brick combined with styrofoam
The present invention relates to a manufacturing method for a functional brick combined with styrofoam. According to the present invention, the functional brick comprises: a styrofoam light block having a polygonal shape, and including a plurality of penetrating holes therein which penetrate front and back sides thereof, a plurality of reinforcing pins which protrude forwardly and backwardly at the edge parts thereof, and a connecting hole which is open to both sides at a different height from the penetrating holes; a heavy block which is molded of a cement mortar material into an enclosure shape to surround the front, back, and both side surfaces of the light block and includes a plurality of opening holes on the top and the bottom surfaces thereof and inlet holes at both sides thereof inorder to communicate with the connecting hole, wherein cement mortar is filled in the penetrating holes and molded into the shape of the penetration holes in the molding process; and a wiring pipe inserted and connected into the inlet hole and the connecting hole. Therefore, the functional brick and the manufacturing method for the functional brick combined with styrofoam can improve constructionconvenience and can also be expected to provide various construction effects such as a heat conserving function, an insulating function, and a soundproof function.
本发明涉及结合聚苯乙烯泡沫塑料的功能性砖制造方法,其通过包括以多角形状,内侧设有前、后方贯通的多个贯通孔,边角部位连接向前、后方凸出的多个加强销,与所述贯通孔采用不同的高度且设有向两侧方向开放的连接孔的聚苯乙烯泡沫塑料材料的轻块体;被成型加工为以用水泥砂浆材料包住所述轻块体前、后方面和两侧面的箱体形状,成型加工过程中水泥砂浆被填充于所述贯通孔,被成型加工为贯通孔的形状,上面和下面设有多个开口孔,两侧设有连通于所述连接孔的流入孔的重块体以及插入所述流入孔和连接孔内连接的配线管的砖及其制造方法提升施工上的便利,而且可以实现保温、隔热功能和隔音功能等各种预期的施工效果。

The present invention relates to a manufacturing method for a functional brick combined with styrofoam.
