The invention relates to the field of road and bridge material processing, in particular to a road and bridge material mixing device which comprises a stirring barrel, a stirring shaft and a driving mechanism used for driving the stirring shaft to rotate, and further comprises a base and a water pumping barrel. The water pumping barrel is located on the base, the stirring barrel is located above the water pumping barrel, and an elastic telescopic mechanism is connected between the stirring barrel and the base; a piston is vertically and slidably connected into the water pumping barrel, a piston rod is connected between the piston and the stirring barrel, the water pumping barrel communicates with a water inlet pipe and a water outlet pipe, the water inlet pipe is connected with a water source and provided with a first one-way valve used for enabling water to flow into the water pumping barrel from the water source in a one-way mode, the water outlet end of the water outlet pipe is located above the stirring barrel, and the water outlet pipe is provided with a second one-way valve used for enabling water to flow out of the water pumping barrel in a one-way mode. According to the scheme, when more dry materials are added into the stirring barrel, more water is added into the stirring barrel, and when less dry materials are added into the stirring barrel, less water is added intothe stirring barrel.
