Method for immobilizing heavy metals and chlorine salts in hazardous waste incineration fly ash
The invention discloses a method for immobilizing heavy metal and chlorine salt in hazardous waste incineration fly ash. The method comprises the following steps: adding an alkaline activating solution into the hazardous waste incineration fly ash containing chlorine salt, calcium ions and heavy metals to obtain mixed slurry, stirring the prepared mixed slurry, and immobilizing for at least 5 daysat room temperature to obtain an incineration fly ash cured product; wherein the alkali activation solution comprises alkali metal aluminate and at least one alkali metal hydroxide, alkali metal silicate or silicic acid glue, the content of the alkali metal aluminate is 5-10wt% of the weight of the hazardous waste incineration fly ash, and the chloride ion curing rate of the cured incineration fly ash is greater than 70%. The incinerated fly ash is adopted as inorganic powder for reaction, and after alkali activation liquid is added to react with the inorganic powder, a material capable of fixing heavy metal and chlorine salt by itself is formed. The cement and heavy metal chelating agents do not need to be additionally added, and the emission of carbon dioxide can be greatly reduced.
本发明公开了一种固定化危害废弃物焚化飞灰中重金属及氯盐的方法,在含有氯盐、钙离子及重金属的危害废弃物焚化飞灰中加入碱性活化液得到混和泥浆,将制得的混和泥浆搅拌后于室温环境条件下固定化至少5天,即可得到焚化飞灰固化物;其中,碱活化液包括碱金属铝酸盐以及至少一种碱金属氢氧化物、碱金属硅酸盐或硅酸胶,碱金属铝酸盐的含量为危害废弃物焚化飞灰重量的5‑10wt%,经固化后的焚化飞灰固化物的氯离子固化率大于70%。本发明采用焚化飞灰,当作反应的无机粉体,透过添加碱活化液与其进行反应后,形成一种可自身固定重金属及氯盐之材料。无须额外添加水泥及重金属螯合剂,可大幅度减少二氧化碳之排放量。
