Environment-friendly water-based rock debris curing agent and application thereof
The invention relates to an environment-friendly water-based rock debris curing agent and application thereof. The invention belongs to the technical field of oil field solid waste environmental protection treatment. The curing agent is composed of a liquid component A and a solid component B, the liquid component A is prepared by compounding a biosurfactant, a biological enzyme and an organic acid according to a mass ratio of 1:1:0.05-0.1, and the solid component B is prepared by mixing cement and calcium formate according to a mass ratio of 99:0.5-1. The application method of the curing agent mainly comprises the following three steps: adding the liquid component A, carrying out solid-liquid separation, and adding the solid component B. According to the method, environment-friendly materials are adopted, secondary pollution is avoided, the adding mass of the curing agent is 3.1% of the volume of the water-based rock debris to the maximum extent and is obviously reduced compared withthe adding amount of an existing curing agent, cured product leaching liquid reaches the standard, and good application prospects are achieved.
本发明涉及环保型水基岩屑固化剂及其应用,属于油田固体废物环保治理技术领域,该固化剂由液体组分A和固体组分B组合而成,液体组分A为生物表面活性剂、生物酶和有机酸按质量比1:1:0.05~0.1复配,固体组分B为水泥与甲酸钙按质量比99:0.5~1混合;固化剂的应用方法主要分三步,依次为加入液体组分A、固液分离、加入固体组分B。本发明采用环境友好型材料,无二次污染,固化剂加入质量最大仅水基岩屑体积的3.1%,较现有固化剂加量减少明显,固化物浸出液达标,具有良好的应用前景。
