The invention discloses a calcium silicate board production line raw material batching control system and method, and the control system comprises a quartz sand batching device which can automaticallycomplete the preparation of quartz mortar, and convey the quartz mortar to a pulping and discharging device; a paper pulp batching device which can automatically complete preparation of paper pulp and convey the paper pulp to the pulping and discharging device; a powder batching device which can automatically complete batching of powder and convey the powder to the pulping and discharging device;a material returning device which can automatically complete preparation of returned slurry and convey the returned slurry to the pulping and discharging device; and the pulping and discharging device which is connected with the quartz sand batching device, the paper pulp batching device, the powder batching device and the return device, and is used for fully stirring quartz mortar, paper pulp, powder and return pulp to prepare slurry. According to the invention, the preparation of the slurry for manufacturing the calcium silicate board can be automatically completed, the automation degree ishigher, and meanwhile, wastes generated in the production process of the calcium silicate board are fully utilized, so that the waste is avoided.
