The invention discloses a foamed brick preparation process, which belongs to the technical field of building materials, and comprises the following preparation steps: preparing raw materials includingpulverized coal, a foaming agent, lime, cement, furnace slag and lime powder in parts by weight; mixing and stirring the raw materials, crushing and screening the raw materials, putting the raw materials into a stirring tank, simultaneously injecting a certain proportion of water, and mixing to obtain a mixed and stirred raw material; pouring molding: granulating and foaming the stirred raw materials, pouring the granulated and foamed raw materials into a mold, and carrying out pouring molding to obtain a blank brick; and foaming and shaping: cooling the blank brick, demolding and cutting toobtain the foamed brick. By adopting the still kettle, shaping of gaps in the foamed brick can be facilitated, and meanwhile, the hardness of the foamed brick can be enhanced; after cooling, the contact area between the cutting tool and the foaming brick can be effectively reduced and damage can be reduced through linear cutting, meanwhile, the cutting size can be conveniently controlled through linear cutting, and later transportation and use are facilitated.
本发明公开了一种发泡砖制备工艺，属于建筑材料技术领域，包括如下制备步骤：原料准备，按重量份数计，包括煤粉、发泡剂、石灰、水泥、炉渣和粉白灰；原料混合搅拌，将原料进行粉碎并筛选，并放入搅拌池中同时注入一定比例的水，进行混合，得到混合搅拌原料；浇筑成型，将搅拌好的原料进行造粒发泡并倒入模具中，进行浇筑成型，得到毛坯砖；发泡定型，将毛坯砖冷却晾凉后进行脱模和切割，得到发泡砖。本发明通过采用蒸压釜能够利于发泡砖的中对缝隙的定型，同时也能够增强发泡砖的硬度；晾凉后利用线切割能够有效减少切割工具与发泡砖的接触面积减少损坏，同时线切割能够便于控制裁剪的体积，便于后期的运输与使用。
