A vacuum auxiliary grouting process is adopted, so concrete plumpness of box girder sections can be ensured, and honeycomb pitted surfaces and other diseases are avoided, construction of a large-scale concrete processing system is avoided, and investment is saved; fine aggregateconcrete aggregate can be selected to be laid at the densely-reinforced position, and the concrete construction quality of the densely-reinforced position is improved; arrangement opportunity of prestressed steel beams can be coordinated with a filler, so the conditions that a prestressed pipeline hinders discharging tumbling and a vibrating rod is difficult to insert due to the fact that concretepouring is carried out after steel beams are generally adopted at present are avoided.
本发明涉及一种填注混凝土连续刚构桥,属于桥梁建设技术领域。本发明将混凝土施工的大部分工作转化为桥顶完成,避免了泵送管道堵塞的风险;采用骨料振捣填筑,减少混凝土水泥浆用量,避免了混凝土和易性与收缩量的矛盾,减少了外界环境对施工的影响。采用真空辅助注浆工艺,可以保证箱梁节段的混凝土饱满度,避免出现蜂窝麻面等病害。避免建设大规模的混凝土加工系统,节约投资。钢筋较密的部位可以选择细石混凝土骨料进行布设,改善钢筋密集部位混凝土施工质量。预应力钢束布置时机可以与填料协调,避免目前通常采用的钢束布置结束后再进行混凝土浇筑,发生预应力管道阻碍下料串筒和振捣棒插入困难的情况。
