The invention discloses a soil slope protection construction method and a triangular framework reinforced concrete retaining wall. According to the soil slope length and height, construction payoff iscarried out, and a construction position is determined; according to the payoff position, a foundation groove is excavated; reinforcing steel bars are bound, and according to a triangular framework,joint connection is carried out; the formed triangular framework is subjected to mold closing, upper ports of stand columns serve as feeding opening, and joints capable of connecting with the stand columns are reserved; through one-time pouring, a base structure of the concrete retaining wall is formed; an arch wall or baffle with a certain height is constructed or poured between the stand columns; backfill foil is filled between the soil slope and the retaining wall; according to the height of the soil slope, the stand columns are manufactured in a segmented manner, and the arch wall or baffle with the certain height is constructed or poured between the stand columns; after a segment of stand column and a segment of arch wall or baffle is formed, a segment of backfill soil is filled untilthe tops of the stand columns are arrived; and a top beam is manufactured for reinforcing. The method has the advantage that through filling self weight, a large amount of masonry materials like building bodies can be replaced.
