The invention discloses a flexible connecting method used between an outer wall and a retaining wall of a slope building. The flexible connecting method comprises the following steps that a retainingwall face bridging piece and a basement outward face bridging piece are arranged on the retaining wall and the basement outer wall correspondingly (the basement outward face bridging piece and the retaining wall face bridging piece are arranged at different heights, and a certain lap joint length exists between the basement outward face bridging piece and the retaining wall face bridging piece), then materials (such as polystyrene boards and rubber blocks) with good deformation capacity are adopted for blocking the retaining wall face bridging piece and the basement outward face bridging piece, and finally the upper portions of the retaining wall face bridging piece and the basement outward face bridging piece are backfilled with soil to form an outdoor terrace. The flexible connecting method has the beneficial effects that construction is convenient, and the structure form is simple and reasonable; cracking and sinking of the outdoor terrace between a slope and the building can be effectively avoided; and the situation that the slope building is limited, twisted and deformed when earthquakes happen can be avoided.
