The machine can rotate by 180 degrees in the horizontal direction and the vertical direction, and the use range of equipment is greatly expanded. Operation isstable, maintenance is convenient, and 360-degree omnibearing positioning can be carried out on an anchor cable hole of an anchor rod through matched rotation of two swing oil cylinders.
