Steam pipeline dredge machine and dredging method thereof
The invention provides a steam pipeline dredge machine and a dredging method for applying the pipeline dredge machine. The steam pipeline dredge machine comprises a steam generating device, a steam transmission pipe, an air bag, an inflation pipe and an inflation device; an evaporator is installed at the bottom of an evaporation chamber of the steam generating device; a water injection port and asteam outlet are formed in a shell of the evaporation chamber; the water injection port is provided with a booster pump; and one end of the steam transmission pipe is connected with the steam outlet,and the steam generating device is controlled by a main control unit. The steam pipeline dredge machine can effectively remove animal and vegetable fats and oils deposited in sewers. According to thedredging method of the pipeline dredge machine, all the fats and oils in pipelines can be completely dissolved 360 degrees without dead angle, the environmental protection is facilitated, and damage to the pipelines in the dredging process can be effectively avoided.
本发明提供一种蒸气式管道疏通机及应用该疏通机的疏通方法，所述疏通机包括蒸气发生装置、蒸气传输管、气囊、充气管、充气装置，蒸气发生装置的蒸发室底部安装有蒸发器，蒸发室外壳上设置有注水口、蒸气出口，所述注水口处设置有增压泵，所述蒸气传输管一端与蒸气出口连接，所述蒸气发生装置通过主控单元控制。该疏通机能有效去除下水道内淤积的动植物油脂，应用该疏通机的疏通方法能够将管道内的所有油脂360度无死角完全溶化，不仅有利于环保，还能有效避免疏通过程中损坏管道。
