The water-cut-off reflux treatment device comprises a water storage device, a control plug, a water inlet valve and a water outlet; the control mechanism comprises a telescopic control mechanism; the water storage device is arranged below a frozen soil layer; the water inlet valve is connected to the lower part of the water storage device; a control plug is arranged in the water storage device, the telescopic control mechanism is connected with the control plug in a penetrating mode and then extends to the ground, the water outlet is formed in the lower end of one side of the water storage device, and the water outlet is communicated to the ground through a water outlet pipe so as to achieve efficient anti-freezing flushing of a toilet arranged on the ground. Normal operation in winter can be achieved by burying the device into the deep layer of land, the device is adopted for flushing and backflow, the defect that a traditional outdoor water toilet can only store water and then operate when the temperature rises under the low-temperature condition in winter is overcome, and the treatment device can efficiently operate without a heating device in winter in northern China.
