The invention discloses a form board structure and a construction method for preventing staggering and paste leakage of a construction joint. The form board structure comprises a form board body, formboard backing squares and split bolts at the construction joint, wherein the form board backing squares comprise the vertical backing squares and transverse backing squares, the vertical backing squares are attached and fixed to the outer side of the form board body at equal intervals, and the transverse backing squares are attached and fixed to the outer sides of the vertical backing squares. Arow of split bolts distributed at equal intervals are arranged at preset positions of each of the upper side and the lower side of the construction joint, and the two ends of each split bolt are fixedthrough the transverse backing squares after the split bolts penetrate through the form board body. According to the form board structure, the two rows of split bolts are arranged on the two sides ofthe construction joint respectively, and the split bolts are fixed through the two transverse back squares abutting to each other, so that in the disassembling process, the split bolts do not need tobe disassembled, staggering and paste leakage at the position of the construction joint are effectively prevented in the concrete pouring construction process, and quite high practicability and operability are achieved.
