Roof garage
The invention relates to a roof garage. The roof garage comprises a hoisting mechanism, a travelling crane mechanism, a PLC and a parking disc used for bearing vehicles, wherein the travelling crane mechanism comprises a pair of guide rails arranged on a building platform in parallel, a cross beam, a vertical rail and a lifting claw; the travelling crane mechanism is responsible for moving the vehicles on the platform and grabbing or putting down the vehicles from the lifting mechanism; the hoisting mechanism comprises supports arranged on the lower sides of one ends of the guide rails, hanging baskets and a hoisting power device, the hanging baskets are hung on the supports, and the hoisting power device drives the hanging baskets to ascend and descend and the hoisting power device is responsible for lifting the vehicles to the height of the platform from the ground; and the PLC is used for processing the parking information and controlling the hoisting mechanism and the travelling crane mechanism to act coordinately. The roof garage is unique in conception, idle spaces such as roofs of low buildings are fully utilized and expanded into the parking garage, a static vehicle storingand taking scheme is achieved through the hoisting mechanism and the travelling crane mechanism, the construction and occupied space of vehicles driving into roads are reduced, and the higher plane utilization rate is achieved.
本发明涉及一种房顶车库,包括有吊装机构、行车机构、PLC控制器和用来承载车辆的停车盘;其中:行车机构,包括设置在建筑物平台一对平行设置的导轨、横梁、竖轨和升降爪;负责平台上车辆的移动,并从吊装机构上抓取或放下车辆;吊装机构,包括设置在所述导轨一端下侧的支架、吊篮和吊装动力装置,所述吊篮悬挂在支架上,由吊装动力装置驱动吊篮升降动作,负责将车辆从地面提升至平台高度;PLC控制器,用来处理停车信息,并控制吊装机构和行车机构协调动作。本发明构思独特,充分利用低矮建筑物房顶等闲置空间,拓展为停车库,而且通过吊装和行车机构,实现静态存取车方案,减少车辆驶入道路建设及占用空间等,达到更高的平面利用率。
