The invention relates to an intelligent lock and a medical cart with the intelligent lock. The intelligent lock comprises a base, and a motor driving mechanism and an eccentric wheel mechanism are mounted on the base. The motor driving mechanism drives the eccentric wheel mechanism to rotate forwards and backwards to control a spring bolt mechanism of the intelligent lock to move. A standby switchfor controlling the eccentric wheel mechanism to rotate is mounted on the base, and comprises a knob mechanism and a linkage shaft, the knob mechanism is partially exposed to be mounted so that the knob mechanism can be operated to rotate forwards and backwards, and the knob mechanism and the eccentric wheel mechanism are in transmission fit through the linkage shaft. The linkage shaft is provided with linkage protrusions, the knob mechanism is provided with a linkage groove corresponding to the linkage protrusions, and an avoiding stroke is arranged between the two ends of the linkage groove.
