The door frame structure comprises a door body and a control panel; the door frame baffle dividing the door body into an upper area and a lower area in the vertical direction is arranged on the inner side of the door body, and the control panel is arranged in the upper area of the doorbody; the door frame baffle blocks steam flowing from the lower area of the door body to the upper area of the door body in the lower area, the door frame baffle comprises a first baffle and a secondbaffle which are connected with each other, the first baffle and the second baffle are connected to form an approximately L-shaped structure, the first baffle is matched with one side, close to the disinfection cabinet, of the door body, and the second baffle is configured to block steam flowing from the lower area of the door body to the upper area of the door body in the lower area. According to the door frame structure and the disinfection cabinet provided with the door frame structure, through the baffle which is independently and integrally formed and a positioning structure matched withthe door frame, split connection of the door frame and the baffle is achieved; meanwhile, the control panel and steam rising are effectively isolated from each other, and the working environment of the control panel is guaranteed.
