A transport vehicle is combined with the mechanical arm for automatic construction, and meanwhile is combined with a visual detection technology, so that images shot by a detection module can becorrected accurately, reliably and efficiently, the distortion of the images is eliminated, it is ensured that the specific position of the sewage pipe can be obtained by the control box according tothe corrected images, a control command is sent to the mechanical arm to enable a grabbing module in the mechanical arm to grab the sewage pipe through the corrected accurate movement, therefore, manual operation is saved, pipeline laying precision is guaranteed, and the construction convenience is improved.
