The invention discloses a process for preparing high-performance composite concrete from mineral powder, machine-made sand and waste concrete. The preparation process comprises the following steps: S1, adding half of water into nanometer silicon dioxide, and carrying out ultrasonic dispersion; S2, adding the rest of water into the cement, and carrying out stirring and mixing for 1 to 3 minutes under the condition of a speed of 300 to 500 r/min; S3, adding coarse aggregate, fine aggregate, mineral powder and machine-made sand into cement paste obtained in the S2, and carrying out stirring and mixing for 3-5 min under the condition of a speed of 300-500 r/min; and S4, adding silica fume, fly ash, a naphthalene water reducer and a mixed solution having the nanometer silicon dioxide uniformlydispersed therein and obtained in the S1 into the cement paste stirred and mixed in the S3, and continuing stirring for 5-15 minutes under the condition of a speed of 500-800 r/min to obtain the high-performance composite concrete. The concrete prepared by the invention has good rheological property and compressive property.
