The invention provides a shield segment self-compacting concrete forming process which comprises the following steps: firstly, preparing concrete, then preparing a mold, cleaning the mold, smearing arelease agent, measuring the size of the mold, putting a reinforcement cage, welding a grouting head, covering a gland, then conducting pouring, wherein the pouring height is based on the characteristics of the self-compacting concrete, the self-compacting concrete is poured in a centralized constant-speed discharging mode, the height of a discharging opening of a hopper is 40 cm away from a moldopening, and the phenomena of concrete bleeding and segregation caused by the excessively-high or excessively-low pouring height are effectively avoided, and carrying out final maintenance. The problems that a segment concrete forming process consumes high energy, large noise is generated, and meanwhile strong vibration of a vibration table influences a segment protection layer are solved. The self-compacting concrete is adopted for pouring the shield segment, vibration is not needed, die deformation and noise pollution caused by vibration are avoided, electric energy consumed during vibrationis saved, the production cost is reduced, and economic and social benefits are remarkable.
本发明提出一种盾构管片自密实混凝土成型工艺,该工艺先制备混凝土,然后准备模具,清理模具并涂抹脱模剂,测量模具尺寸,放入钢筋笼,焊接注浆头,盖压盖;然后浇筑,浇筑高度基于自密实混凝土本身的特性,采用集中匀速下料的方式浇筑自密实混凝土,料斗下料口高度为距离模具口40cm处,有效避免由于浇筑高度过高或过低引起的混凝土泌水、离析现象;最后养护。解决了管片混凝土成型工艺消耗较高的能源,且会产生较大噪音,同时振动台的强烈振动对管片保护层也会产生影响的问题。本发明采用自密实混凝土进行盾构管片的浇筑,无需振动,避免了由振动引起的模具变型和噪声污染,节约了振动时消耗的电能,降低了生产成本,经济和社会效益显著。
