Method for improving deformability of high-ductility concrete
The invention discloses a method for improving the deformability of high-ductility concrete, wherein the method comprises the steps: carrying out surface treatment on PVA fibers to form a rough surface; carrying out silane coupling agent surface modification on nano silicon dioxide, and grafting polycaprolactone on the surface of the modified nano silicon dioxide; then adding into deionized watermixed with a surfactant, and carrying out ultrasonic dispersion to obtain a nano silicon dioxide dispersion solution; taking epoxy chloropropane as a cross-linking agent, and carrying out cross-linking modification on welan gum to obtain a cross-linked welan gum solution; taking a nano silicon dioxide dispersion solution as a modifier and a cross-linked welan gum solution as a cross-linking agent,and carrying out surface modification on PVA fibers to obtain surface-hydrophobic modified PVA fibers; and finally, taking cement, fly ash, quartz sand, water, a water reducing agent, waste engine oil and the modified PVA fibers as raw materials, and molding to obtain the high-ductility concrete.
本发明公开了一种改善高延性混凝土变形能力的方法,对PVA纤维进行表面处理,使得PVA纤维形成粗糙的表面;将纳米二氧化硅进行硅烷偶联剂表面改性,然后对改性后的纳米二氧化硅进行表面接枝聚己内酯;随后加入到混合有表面活性剂的去离子水中,经超声分散得到纳米二氧化硅分散溶液;以环氧氯丙烷为交联剂,对威兰胶进行交联改性,得到交联威兰胶溶液;以纳米二氧化硅分散溶液为改性剂,交联威兰胶溶液为交联剂,对PVA纤维进行表面改性,得到表面疏水的改性PVA纤维;最后以水泥、粉煤灰、石英砂、水、减水剂、废弃机油以及改性PVA纤维为原料,成型得到高延性混凝土。
