Solid waste coal gangue and paper mill sludge are used as raw materials, the heat productivity and ignition loss of the coal gangue and the paper mill sludgecan be fully utilized, the firing temperature of the ceramsite is effectively reduced, the porosity is improved, and the obtained ceramsite has the characteristics of high strength, high porosity andlow density. The coal gangue-papermaking sludge ceramsite is used for replacing traditional aggregate, cement and a binder are used as auxiliary materials to obtain the unfired water permeable brick,the volume weight of the water permeable brick can be reduced, a pore channel structure in the ceramsite can effectively accumulate water, a good water retention effect is achieved, and the urban heat island effect is effectively relieved; and the unfired water permeable brick has excellent water permeability, mechanical strength and wear resistance, so that the defects of poor water permeability, poor mechanical strength and poor wear resistance of a traditional unfired water permeable brick are effectively overcome.
本发明提供了一种煤矸石‑造纸污泥陶粒及其制备方法和应用、免烧透水砖及其制备方法,属于透水砖技术领域。本发明以固体废物煤矸石和造纸污泥为原料,能够充分利用煤矸石和造纸污泥自身的发热量和烧失量,有效降低陶粒的烧制温度,提高孔隙率,得到的陶粒具有强度大、孔隙率高和密度低的特点。本发明以所述煤矸石‑造纸污泥陶粒取代传统的骨料,辅以水泥和粘结剂得到免烧透水砖,能减轻透水砖容重,陶粒内部的孔道结构能有效蓄积水分,起到良好的保水效果,有效缓解城市热岛效应;而且能够使得所述免烧透水砖具有优异的透水性、机械强度和耐磨性,从而有效解决传统免烧透水砖透水性能差、机械强度差以及耐磨性能差的缺陷。
