A plurality of convex blocks are arranged on one side of the turntables; the convex blocks on one side of each turntable are rotationally connected with a connecting rod through a rotary shaft. The ends, away from the turntable protruding blocks, of the connecting rods are rotationally connected with flexible bosses through the rotary shafts. A plurality of locking teeth are fixedly mounted on one side of each turntable; a groove is formed in one side of each end cover; a locking block is in slide connection in the groove on one sideof each end cover; and each locking block is fixedly connected to the corresponding turntable through the corresponding boss. The road roller rolling wheel with the vibration excitation device has theadvantages that the structure is simple, the operation is convenient and fast, the road roller can be protected, the road surface can also be protected, meanwhile, the road rolling effect is improved, and the practicability is higher.
