The invention discloses a leveling device for a concrete pavement, and relates to the technical field of pavement laying. The device comprises guide rail plates, a sliding seat, a connecting plate anda leveler, wherein the guide rail plates are connected end to end to form a guide rail plate set, each two guide rail plate sets are oppositely arranged in parallel, the sliding seat is installed onthe guide rail plate set and in sliding fit with the guide rail plate set, the connecting plate is installed between the sliding seats on the two guide rail plate sets, and the leveler is installed onthe connecting plate and is in sliding fit with the connecting plate. The guide rail plates are arranged to be of a splicing structure; chains and transmission wheels are arranged in the guide rail plates, so that the upper guide rail plates can directly drive the chains of the lower guide rail plates, the proper number of guide rail plates can be selected to be spliced according to the length ofthe concrete pavement, the concrete pavement can be leveled through the connecting plate and the leveler, the labor cost is greatly reduced, and the pavement leveling efficiency is improved.
本发明公开了用于混凝土路面的平整装置,涉及路面铺设技术领域。本发明包括导轨板、滑座、连接板和平整器,若干导轨板首尾相互连接形成导轨板组,两导轨板组相对并行设置,导轨板组上安装有滑座,滑座与导轨板组滑动配合,两导轨板组上的滑座之间安装有连接板,平整器安装在连接板上,平整器与连接板滑动配合。本发明通过将导轨板设置为可拼接结构,并通过在导轨板内设置链条和传动轮使上位导轨板能够直接驱动下位导轨板的链条,能够根据混凝土路面的长度,选择适合数量的导轨板拼接即可通过连接板与平整器平整混凝土路面,极大地降低人工成本,提升路面平整效率。
