Novel prefabricated beam connecting joint
The invention discloses a novel prefabricated beam connecting joint. The invention belongs to the technical field of prefabricated beam connection. According to the scheme, just-stirred concrete is guided into the left side of a separation steel plate, so that the concrete enters guide holes, heat is transmitted to a buffer air bag to enable the buffer air bag to expand. When the buffer air bag isin contact with first conical thorns, the buffer air bag is broken, the concrete enters the right side of the separation steel plate through the guide holes; the heat of the concrete is transferred to a folding air bag through a fixed circular plate; therefore, ammonium bicarbonate powder in the folding air bag is heated and decomposed to generate carbon dioxide, ammonia gas and water, so that the folding air bag rapidly expands so as to push a steel guide pipe to pass through an active hole and to be inserted unto a storage groove; when a release rod enters the steel guide pipe and breaks the second sealing film, the steel guide pipe and the storage groove are filled with concrete after a through blocking ball is moved out of the air hole, and therefore the connecting strength of a firstprefabricated beam and the second prefabricated beam is improved.
