A detection device is arranged at the bottom ofthe bridge abutment; the detection device comprises fixing plates; a rack and a guide rod are connected between the bottom ends of the fixing plates, the rack and the guide rod form a transverse guideset, a sliding mechanism is arranged on the transverse guide set, the sliding mechanism comprises a sliding cavity, a sliding motor is installed in the sliding cavity, the sliding motor is connectedwith a gear, and the gear is meshed with the rack; racks and guide rods are connected between the sliding mechanisms of two adjacent fixing plates to form a longitudinal guide set, and the longitudinal guide sets are provided with the sliding mechanisms. The detection device capable of detecting the bottom of the bridge is arranged at the bottom of the bridge, so that automatic detection of the bridge is achieved conveniently and quickly, inaccuracy and potential safety hazards caused by manual detection can be reduced, and the maintenance capacity of workers for the bridge is greatly improved.
