The invention relates to a natural type ecological revetment based on native species. The natural type ecological revetment based on native species comprises a revetment structure, packing and a living plant material, wherein the revetment structure is an artificially constructed dam body, pores of the revetment structure are filled with the packing, a soil layer is formed, the living plant material is flatly laid on the soil layer and covered with soil, a frame structure is filled with natural stone and is formed by multiple supporting units through mutual stacking, each supporting unit comprises two mutually parallel round logs and multiple cross beams, each cross beam is overlapped on the two mutually parallel round logs, and supporting columns nailed into the ground are fixedly connected with the cross beams. The natural type ecological revetment based on native species has relatively small reconstruction on original topography and landforms, occupies a small area, is low in investment, stable in operation and convenient to manage and maintain and focuses on diversity and advantage conditions of the native species, and with adoption of the native species, the ecological revetment can maintain the local habitat condition better, provides animal habitats and protects diversity of species.
