The device comprises a bottom plate, a baffle, a connecting frame, a hydrauliccylinder, a connecting body, side supporting mechanisms and supporting mechanisms. A square groove with the side wall provided with a sliding groove is formed in the middle of the bottom plate, the connecting frame is mounted on the right side face of the middle of the baffle, the upper end of the hydraulic cylinder is connected with the upper end of the connecting frame through a hinge, the lower end of the hydraulic cylinder is mounted on the connecting body, the bottom of the connecting body is mounted on the lower side wall of the square groove through a hinge, the side supporting mechanisms are mounted on the bottom plate, the outer side of each side supporting mechanism is provided with one supporting mechanism, and the supporting mechanisms are mounted between the bottom plate andthe baffle. The problems that when an existing hydraulic turnover plate water gate is used, the front and back ends of the hydraulic cylinder have no supports, the supporting of the hydraulic cylinderfor the baffle is not stable, when the baffle is turned over, the outer end has no support and buffer, the baffle is prone to deviating, and the water gate cannot be closed can be solved.
