The invention relates to the technical field of foundation pit construction, in particular to a structure for reducing the influence of foundation pit construction on an adjacent pile foundation and aconstruction method. A groove is formed between a to-be-constructed foundation pit and the adjacent pile foundation, a pressure water bag is arranged in the groove and is of a three-layer structure including an inner layer, a tensile middle layer and an elastic outer layer from inside to outside, and the inner layer is prepared from a material having air tightness and water tightness. Compared with the prior art, the structure for reducing the influence of the foundation pit construction on the adjacent pile foundation and the construction method have the advantages that under the condition that foundation pit construction is carried out on an intensive urban area, the groove and the pressure water bag are arranged so that the negative friction produced in the adjacent pile foundation dueto foundation pit dewatering can be effectively reduced, the influence of the horizontal displacement of surrounding soil bodies as a result of the foundation pit construction on the adjacent pile foundation can be effectively reduced, pressure can be applied or reduced by filling water or draining off the water in the pressure water bag, so as to weaken the horizontal displacement of the soil bodies generated in the foundation pit construction process, therefore, the influence of foundation pit excavation on surrounding buildings can be sharply reduced, the construction cost is reduced, andthe construction efficiency is improved.
本发明涉及基坑施工技术领域,具体来说是一种减少基坑施工对临近桩基影响的结构及施工方法,在待施工的基坑与临近桩基之间设有凹槽,凹槽内设有压力水囊,压力水囊具有三层结构,由内至外依次为内层、抗拉中层和弹性外层,所述的内层由具有气密性和水密性的材料制成。本发明同现有技术相比,其优点在于:密集城区进行基坑施工情况下,通过凹槽和压力水囊的设置能有效减少基坑降水导致邻近桩基中产生的负摩阻力,同时能有效减少基坑施工引起的周围土体水平位移对邻近桩基的影响,通过对压力水囊充放水能施加压力或者减少压力,以减弱基坑施工过程中产生的土体水平位移,从而可大幅度减少基坑开挖对周边建筑的影响,降低施工成本,提高施工效率。
