Bracket-free construction method of annular large cantilever cable bearing grid structure
The invention relates to a bracket-free construction method of an annular large cantilever cable bearing grid structure, and belongs to the technical field of space cable structures. The method comprises the following steps: 1, carrying out structural installation on the periphery of a steel structure; 2, laying a ring cable and installing a grommet cable clamp; 3, completing the installation of aradial cable; 4, laying and installing a mounting support frame, and then completing the steel structure installation of an upper inner top steel structure, an upper outer top steel structure and a ring beam; 5, installing an upper inner stay cable, an upper outer stay cable, and an upper bottom stay cable; 6, realizing and completing the connection of the radial cable, the ring cable clamp and astrut; 7, wholly stretching the radial cable to enable the structure to form an outer ring bed jig and separate; 8, completing the installation of an inner side inclined strut; 9, removing the upperinner stay cable, the upper outer stay cable, and the upper bottom stay cable; and 10, completing a roof, a berm and the like, and completing the construction of the whole structure. The bracket-freeconstruction method has the advantages of being rapid in installation, low in construction cost, high in construction quality, capable of reducing construction safety hazards and short in period. Theproblem of downward deformation of the front end of the roof is solved.
