Quick mounting structure of assembled wall
The invention provides a quick mounting structure of an assembled wall. The structure comprises: a vertical keel fixed on a wall; a transverse keel fixed on the wall, connected to the vertical keel, and including a keel frame, and a first clamping portion and a second clamping portion arranged on the keel frame; a connecting piece clamped and fixedly connected with the second clamping portion; a veneer including an upper composite board and a lower composite board, wherein the upper composite board includes an upper wallboard and a first hanger connected with the upper wallboard, the lower composite board includes a lower wallboard and a second hanger connected with the lower wallboard, the first hanger is clamped with the first clamping portion, the second hanger is connected between theconnecting piece and the transverse keel, and the upper composite board and the lower composite board are both of integral structures; and an opening closing strip disposed between the upper wallboardand the lower wallboard. Compared with the prior art, the structure has the advantages of convenient installation, accurate positioning, procedure simplification, reduction of the construction cost,reduction of mounting parts, reduction of the construction difficulty, good connecting effect and high whole stability.
本发明提供了一种装配式墙面的快速安装结构，其包括：竖向龙骨，固定于墙体上；横向龙骨，固定于墙体上，且与竖向龙骨相连接，横向龙骨包括龙骨架、设置于龙骨架上的第一卡接部和第二卡接部；连接件，与第二卡接部相卡接并固定连接；饰面板，包括上复合板和下复合板，上复合板包括上墙板和连接上墙板的第一挂件，下复合板包括下墙板和连接下墙板的第二挂件，第一挂件与第一卡接部相卡接，第二挂件连接于连接件和横向龙骨之间；上复合板和下复合板均为一体式结构；收口条，设置于上墙板和下墙板之间。本发明相较于现有技术具有以下优点：安装方便、定位准确，简化工序、降低施工成本，减少安装部件、降低施工难度，且连接效果好、整体稳定性强。
