Construction is carried out sequentially according to the following working steps of cone bottom formwork installation, and cone bottom formwork one-time formation; cone construction joint division; cone ring beam construction; rebar binding of a first construction segment of a cone; inner back shoreinstallation of the first construction segment of the cone; upper formwork installation of the first construction segment; concrete pouring; and construction of a second construction segment and a third construction segment, wherein according to the specific steps of the construction, a fourth step to a seventh step are repeated. According to the embodiment of the construction method of the tall-and-big cone in the silo, it is guaranteed that concrete of the cone is solid on the inside and smooth on the outside, safety of constructors is guaranteed, the construction period is shortened, and the construction cost is reduced.
