The connecting piece comprises two square hoops which are arranged symmetrically up and down, ear plates are machined at the left and right side surfaces of the square hoops, the position between the up and down two square hoops is provided with bolts in a fit mode through the ear plates, a rotating shaft is arranged on the inner side of each square hoop, an assembling hole for assembling the rotating shaft in a fit mode is machined in the side wall of each square hoop, the assembling holes are stepped holes,bearings are arranged between the assembling holes and the rotating shafts in a fit mode, and the bearings are installed at large hole positions of the assembling holes. According to the connecting piece, a high-altitude scaffold is easy to erect, and climbing installation is not needed.
